Pattarai

Enable your team to build the tools they need.

Approval flows, dashboards, data exports: the small tools that never reach the engineering roadmap. Pattarai lets your team build them in days, as real software running in your own cloud, owned by you.

The problem

The business needs tools. Every way to get them creates a mess.

Four common paths to a new tool. Each one trades one problem for another.

Buy it

SaaS sprawl nobody owns

Fifteen to forty point solutions at $15–40 a seat, plus the dashboards and approval flows running on a shared spreadsheet. No line item looks big. The total is real money, and no one is tracking it.

Wait for it

A backlog that never clears

A reporting dashboard. An approval workflow. The data export three teams keep asking for. Every division has a list engineering will never reach. The work is real; the staffing isn’t. So the business waits, or routes around you.

Let AI loose

Ungoverned shadow tools

Your teams already build with Lovable, Cursor, and Copilot. One of those tools is in production now, with a login someone invented and a database nobody watches. You find out which one during the incident.

Adopt low-code

The lock-in graveyard

PowerApps. OutSystems. Mendix. Retool. Each promised business users could build their own tools. Each left behind apps no one owns, on a runtime you can’t leave.

How it works

Start deployable. Build with the agents you already use.

1

Start a project that already runs

A business user spins up a project. It’s deployable from the first commit: database, auth, security, monitoring, and logging in place, with separate dev and prod environments.

2

Build with your own coding agents

They iterate with the agents they already use, like Claude Code and Cursor, guided by built-in skills, so every change follows best practices instead of improvising.

3

Ship to production

When it’s ready, it ships to prod through your own pipeline and runs as part of one observed fleet, not a one-off that rots.

What you don’t have to do

  • Sign a new SaaS contract, or count another forty seats.
  • Write a security review from scratch for one more tool.
  • Invent a login, or stand up a database no one would watch.
  • Explain to compliance why this app is special. It runs on controls they already approved.

IT stops burning cycles on plumbing, and spends them where judgment actually matters.

How it’s built

Our starter kits. Your code.

Pattarai pairs two starter kits, Mudhal and Adikal, with our consulting. They’re built on an open-source stack and produce standard code in your own repositories and cloud, with no vendor lock-in.

Mudhal, the starter kit

Takes care of authentication and security, and sets best practices every app inherits. Built on an open-source stack, with no proprietary runtime and no vendor lock-in. The AI builds your tool on top; it doesn’t reinvent the fundamentals.

About Mudhal

Adikal, the delivery platform

A cloud-agnostic DevOps platform that runs in your cloud, no call-home. It ships every tool down one pipeline to production, and patches the whole fleet in one pass.

Why it’s different

Not another low-code graveyard

“Isn’t this just Retool with AI?” The difference is structural.

Low-code / app builders

Vendor-hosted runtime
Runs in your cloud, no call-home
Proprietary, non-portable apps
Standard code in your own repositories
High lock-in, abandoned apps no one owns
Zero lock-in; your team owns every tool
Governance bolted on per tool
Security and best practices built in
Tools scattered with improvised auth
One pipeline, one observed fleet
Tied to one vendor’s stack and model
Model and tool agnostic

How we deliver

Fixed-scope stages

Each stage stands alone and leads to the next.

1 · Assessment & design

We identify your cloud, the tools your teams need, and plan the platform around them. Fixed fee, short.

2 · Install

We install Mudhal and Adikal inside your cloud, configured to the specs from the assessment.

3 · Enablement

We tailor the templates to your needs, then run hackathons alongside your platform and business teams to build the first tools together.

4 · Support & maintenance

We support and maintain the platform and its tools on a retainer, and add new tool types as you scale.

Who it’s for

The tools around your core systems, not the core systems

Not for rebuilding your ERP or CRM. For the hundred tools around them that the business needs and engineering can’t staff.

  • Mid-market companies, 200 to 5,000 people, with a real cloud footprint and a small platform team.
  • A visible SaaS long tail and a backlog the business already resents.
  • In a regulated sector like fintech, healthcare, insurance, or logistics, where governance is a buying reason.
  • Engineers already using AI coding tools, with no safe path for the output.
  • Multi-division or multi-region operators who need the same tool shape with local control.

FAQ

Questions we get

How is this different from giving everyone Copilot or ChatGPT?+

Copilot and ChatGPT help individuals write code faster, but the output lands in random places, with improvised auth, no environments, and no one maintaining it. Pattarai gives that building a foundation: every project is production-ready from the first commit, built-in skills keep changes on best practices, and everything ships through one pipeline and is maintained together.

Isn’t this just Retool or PowerApps with AI?+

No. Low-code platforms trap your work on their stack and their runtime. Pattarai produces standard code in your own repositories, on frameworks your engineers already use, running in your cloud. Any tool can be picked up, extended, or retired by your own team. There’s no proprietary runtime to be trapped in.

Who builds the tools, IT or the business?+

Your business and technical teams build them, using coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor, on a project that’s deployable from day one. Built-in skills keep every change on best practices. IT sets the guardrails once and focuses on the parts that need real judgment, not every minute detail.

Are Mudhal and Adikal open source?+

No. They’re our own starter kits, delivered with our consulting. They’re built on an open-source stack and produce standard code in your repositories and cloud, so there’s no proprietary runtime and no lock-in. If you stop working with us, your tools keep running.

Which clouds do you support?+

Any major cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Adikal is cloud-agnostic, so the platform runs on the infrastructure you already have, with no call-home.

Does our code and data leave our cloud?+

No. Pattarai runs entirely inside your perimeter, so code and data never leave it. Deployment, environments, and CI/CD run on infrastructure you own through Adikal.
